Associate Front End Developer

Job Overview

HelpRush is looking for a motivated Associate Front End Developer to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.
• Write reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Ideally, familiarity with React.js or similar modern frameworks.
