Intern - Full Stack Development

Job Overview

OnGrid is looking for a passionate Full Stack Development Intern to join its Gurugram office. As an intern, you will get hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend development, working on live projects that impact real users. OnGrid builds technology solutions for background verification and identity management, giving you the chance to contribute to a meaningful product. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in sprint planning, and gain a deep understanding of building scalable web applications from the ground up. This internship is designed to fast-track your career in full stack engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js or similar backend technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full technology stack.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in web development or relevant internships.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language.
• Basic understanding of databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
